Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with okbaze

📋 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", " you", "your") and okbaze ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the okbaze platform at okbaze.vip, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted every provision set out in this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if you hold an account, contact [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of okbaze after any amendment to this Agreement has been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through okbaze, including but not limited to cricket sports betting, live casino games, slot games, Mega Fishing, Mines Grand, and any future products added to the platform. They apply equally to all access methods — desktop browser, mobile browser, or any officially distributed application.

🔞 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on okbaze, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. okbaze is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 18 years of age are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individual players under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a professional sports player, official, referee, or any other individual whose participation in wagering on sporting events may constitute a conflict of interest under the rules of the relevant governing body.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of okbaze or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners, where such employment relates to the operation of the platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from okbaze or had an account closed by okbaze for a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

okbaze takes its age-restriction obligations seriously. During the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, players are required to submit a clear photograph of a valid Bangladesh National ID Card or other accepted government-issued identification document. If the submitted document cannot be verified as belonging to an adult aged 18 or above, the account will be suspended pending further review or closed permanently.

👤 3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual player may hold exactly one account on okbaze. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. okbaze employs device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, and identity document cross-referencing to detect and action multi-accounting.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false name, or a payment method that does not belong to you — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any pending balance attributable to activity conducted under false pretences.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. okbaze will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify [email protected] immediately. okbaze accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable SMS-OTP two-factor authentication from your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspicious account activity immediately to [email protected].

okbaze reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle — not only at the time of first withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

💳 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

okbaze supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and bank transfer to and from supported Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash) is ৳200.
• The minimum deposit amount for bank transfer is ৳1,000.
• Deposits via mobile money methods are credited to your okbaze balance in real time, typically within seconds of the transfer being confirmed by the payment provider.
• okbaze does not charge platform-side fees on deposits made via Bangladeshi mobile money methods. Your mobile money provider may apply their own applicable charges.
• You must only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile money methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• All withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit (same-source withdrawal policy). okbaze will not redirect withdrawal funds to a different account under any circumstances.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a player's first withdrawal is processed. okbaze reserves the right to request updated documentation for subsequent withdrawals if the account shows unusual activity patterns.
• Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• okbaze reserves the right to delay or hold a withdrawal for additional review if the transaction triggers the platform's anti-fraud or AML monitoring systems. Players will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

🎁 5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

okbaze offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms displayed at the point of opt-in.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the total amount a player must wager before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the offer terms before opt-in.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms. Sports betting wagers placed on markets with odds below a specified minimum threshold may not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

• One Bonus at a Time: A player may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time. If a new bonus is issued while an existing bonus is active, the player may be required to forfeit the existing bonus before the new one is credited.
• Bonus Abuse: okbaze actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent, use of arbitrage betting in conjunction with bonuses, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Accounts found to be abusing promotional offers will have bonuses voided and may be subject to account closure.
• No Obligation: okbaze is under no obligation to offer any particular promotion to any particular player, and reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotional offer at any time with or without notice.

🚫 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbaze platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in, at okbaze's sole discretion: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or facilitating deposits or withdrawals on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a transaction with your payment provider after it has been accepted and credited by okbaze.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access or interact with the platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings generated through an identified technical exploit may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the platform.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing wagers based on inside information regarding the pre-determined outcome of any sporting event.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Allowing or encouraging a person under the age of 18 to access or use your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbaze support staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the okbaze platform — including but not limited to the okbaze brand name and logo, website design, layout, colour scheme, typography, icons, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other creative or technical work — is the exclusive intellectual property of okbaze or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okbaze platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any okbaze content without prior written authorisation.
• Scraping, crawling, or programmatically extracting data from the platform for any commercial or research purpose.
• Using the okbaze brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any marketing material, social media post, or website without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any software component of the platform.
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the platform on another website or application.

Game content available through the okbaze Casino and other game sections remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and is used by okbaze under licence. Any dispute relating to game content or functionality should be directed to okbaze support in the first instance.

⚖️ 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbaze, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the okbaze platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors resulting from scheduled maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond okbaze's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the policies or technical systems of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bangladeshi banking institutions.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on game outcome statistics, betting tips, or any other information provided on the platform that is not a direct contractual commitment by okbaze.
• Changes to the game library, odds, or market availability that occur in the normal course of platform operations.

The okbaze platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While okbaze takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability, reliability, and security, no warranty — express or implied — is made regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation of the platform at all times.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
